Aby serves as the External Affairs Analyst, Programs and Partnerships, primarily focused on business development, donor stewardship, and partnerships. Passionate about driving real social impact in Africa, Aby is committed to supporting organizational growth while leveraging communication strategies and partnerships for community and social development. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the African Leadership University in Mauritius, bringing a unique blend of technology, development and communication expertise.
Before joining Lwala, Aby played a key strategic role in the African Venture Philanthropy Alliance, where she developed concepts for special projects under the executive office, cultivated partnerships, and supported strategic communications. She also previously supported the launch and growth of the innovative Nova Pioneer Schools in Kenya as part of the brand, marketing, and admissions team. "I want to be instrumental in empowering Africans to be at the forefront of our development, supporting homegrown initiatives with a long-term effect on Africa’s socio-economic growth."
