Hellen Okelloh is a Health Supply Chain Systems Strengthening Specialist with over 12 years of experience advancing resilient and sustainable health supply chain systems. She has led and supported initiatives in health systems strengthening, strategic procurement and logistics, pharmaceutical systems strengthening, supply chain data analytics, and the management of essential Health Products and Technologies (HPTs) and blood systems. She holds a Diploma in Pharmacy, a Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management, and professional certifications in Supply Chain Data Analytics, Leadership and Governance, Project Management, and Pharmaceutical Systems Strengthening.
