At Lwala, Lou manages M&E systems, conducts research, and fosters organizational learning.
Prior to joining Lwala, Lou worked with Ahiman Women, an organization advancing girls’ education in Côte d’Ivoire, and was a Stanford SEED Fellow working in primary health care in Ghana. She holds a B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Mathematics, from Smith College, MA.
Lou’s interests lie at the intersection of women’s health, girls’ education, and data. She believes in the power of data to improve health and educational outcomes.
