Meshack Malenya serves as Clinical Training Manager, under Lwala’s Primary Health Care program. He is a public health professional from western Kenya with a strong commitment to strengthening health systems and advancing equitable access to quality healthcare, particularly for vulnerable and underserved communities.
He holds a Master of Science in Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science, and a Diploma in Community Health from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He has also completed professional training in Leadership and Project Management through the University of Washington Global Health program.
Before joining Lwala, Meshack worked with Save the Children USA and MSF-Belgium in South Sudan and Sudan, where he served in Health Coordinator roles supporting maternal, newborn, and community health programs in complex settings. Since joining Lwala, he has supported community health and clinical training initiatives, contributing to efforts to strengthen emergency response systems and improve maternal and newborn health outcomes.
