Roseline Juma Owino serves as our Clinical Training Manager. As such, she plays a pivotal role in technical support and coordinating interdisciplinary healthcare teams within the county. She is also a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with a passion for providing high-quality patient care. She specialises in critical care nursing, with expertise in emergency medicine and intensive care. With 3 years exposure as a nurse and 8 years of experience in quality improvement and the clinical training field, she has honed her skills in various clinical settings, including hospitals, training, quality assessment and community nursing. She is committed to excellence in her professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Great Lakes University of Kisumu and has done various short courses including a Certificate in Quality Improvement and patient safety from Institute of Health Improvement, Certificate of Leadership and Management from University of Washington among others. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Health Systems management at Moi University. She stays abreast of the latest advancements in medical practice and is dedicated to providing evidence-based care in all facilities in the county.
