Vincent Okoth is Lwala’s Monitoring & Evaluation Manager. He designs, operationalizes, and manages all of Lwala’s data systems, from the individualized community-level data at households to the program evaluation data collected through robust surveys. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Development. He joined Lwala in 2013 and has since been promoted to the leadership team where he guides the organization’s broader strategy. Vincent has championed innovations in health systems strengthening, designed responsive integrated data-driven service delivery interventions, and helped establish robust M&E and knowledge management systems for Lwala. Previously, Vincent worked with a number of public health institutions, including Nyanza Reproductive Health Society, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, a PEPFAR/CDC program at Global Communities, and World Vision. He loves that his work creates impact through data, explaining: “When we set targets and measure progress, we are proving our impact.”
