Vincent Okoth

Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Vincent Okoth is Lwala’s Monitoring & Evaluation Manager for primary healthcare. He supports the design, operationalization, and management of Lwala’s data systems and has more than 10 years of relevant experience in research, monitoring, evaluation, and program implementation. He has worked on various USAID/PEPFAR-funded programmes with bias in applying complexity-aware systems science-oriented M&E methodologies, tools and approaches, advancing implementation science, effectiveness evaluation, knowledge synthesis and translation in Public Health and organizational development. He has also championed innovations in health systems strengthening, designed responsive integrated data-driven service delivery interventions, and helped establish robust M&E and knowledge management systems at Lwala. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Development. He loves that his work creates impact through data, explaining: “When we set targets and measure progress, we are proving our impact.”
