Elim is the Senior Operations Manager oversees the Operations department with direct responsibility for supervision of Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain, ICT Systems and Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Management and Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management. He is also a current MBA (Project Management) candidate, full member of KISM, and trained in Strategic Leadership & Management, and HEAT Training. Elim brings over 18 years experience of working for various non-profit organizations that included several INGOs, the United Nations (UNDP & UNEP) and private sector organizations. Elim has also worked internationally in South Sudan, Yemen, Afghanistan and Sierra Leone. He brings forth strong skills in multi-tasked management of Operations, knowledge of Donor policies, Finance & Grants Management, Security Coordination and use of ERP systems, among others. Elim is passionate about environment conservation, community service and has joined Lwala with the aim to lead in enhancing compliance, optimized Resource Utilization and strengthening systems for effective program delivery across the organization.
