Kenneth Ogendo is our Director of External Affairs-Policy, Advocacy & Partnerships. He is a public health expert with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, advocacy and policy formulation. He holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) and is currently a PhD candidate in Business and Management in Strathmore University studying Community Health financing, PMP certified. His previous work experience spans a range of private and public institutions including the Ministry of Health in Kenya, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Living Goods, D Tree International, Medtronic LABS, Sightsavers,and the Wellcome Trust. Kenneth has led the development and implementation of capacity-building programs, supported policy formulation, and provided technical guidance on a wide range of health interventions, including Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH), HIV/AIDS, and Malaria. He believes he can continue to champion the cause of social inclusion and equity at Lwala.
